Butter Chicken is a dish originating in Punjab consisting of meat braised in a spiced gravy made with Cream, tomatoes, and Butter. Butter Chicken Masala is an amalgamation of Punjabi dishes with spices and flavor. It is based more on the old Nawabi tradition of rich gravies with extensive usage of Cream.
