Chapli Kebab or Kabab is a Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton, or chicken with various spices in a patty shape. Chapli Kabab originally comes from the northern areas, particularly Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
