Dhokla is one of the Gujarati snacks that I love to make as well as eat. It is a light, healthy, and easy-to-make snack dish. Khatta dhokla or White dhokla is mildly spiced with ginger and green chilies. ‘Khatta‘ means sour, and these dhoklas taste light lousy. The sourness comes from the addition of tart yogurt.
