Mix veg Jaipuri is a delicious mixed vegetable curry made with mixed vegetables, paneer cubes in a tomato-onion-based gravy topped with roasted urad dal papad. The dressing is made using authentic Rajasthani / Jaipuri style spice paste. It tastes great when served with naan and chapatti but can also be filled with rice.
